For WP Kemper, we developed a cross-machine user interface and industrial design concept for a new generation of industrial bakery equipment. The aim was to create a uniform, future-proof operating concept that covers both large production lines and compact ovens – intuitive, efficient and brand-compliant.
The focus was on three clear requirements: maximum user-friendliness, flexible project planning instead of complex programming, and modern, consistently developed branding for the WP Bakery Group.
The new HMI is based on a clearly structured, responsive UX/UI concept using web technology. It scales from full HD landscape displays on large systems to portrait displays on smaller ovens such as the Rototherm – with consistent operating logic across all machines.

The development took place in close cooperation with the interdisciplinary project team from WP Kemper and WP Digital – from the strategic UX concept and HMI design to the visual elaboration for trade fairs, touch displays and digital communication media.
We also created a trade fair animation that illustrates the inner workings and processes of the PANE dough strip system and visualises the product diversity.

The MIWE go! oven control system was strongly tailored to user roles in terms of concept and design. Together with the customer MIWE, we developed and designed both the operating concept and the visual design. The work was supported by usability tests and two apps were developed to complement the HMI.
The robotic caterer from QUBE Munich makes Italian coffee, organic ice cream and cold drinks available 24 hours a day. We were responsible for both the UX and the industrial design for this innovative robotics project.
With the "WMS WebControl" software from WAREMA Renkhoff SE, external blinds, venetian blinds, awnings and light sources can be controlled via a web interface or iOS app. In this project, we dealt with the conception and design of this platform-independent mobile application for home automation control.
